This 3-mile, first-of-a-kind zone provides shared infrastructure including FAA Waiver Support, secure launch and landing, and technical systems to support safety case development, flight planning, conformance monitoring and strategic deconfliction.

Established to enable rapid permissions for mobile and grid-edge technology deployment, as well as, rapid grid interconnections, static wireless charging, and an electrified roadway for charging in motion.

An hour outside of Detroit, the Port of Monroe is an operational container port enabling multimodal testing scenarios; includes 300-acres of brownfield, 3,500 feet of port docking space, a rail spur with heavy lift crane, direct Class 1 rail access, and a turning basin.
