This shift toward advanced aerial mobility is propelled by an emerging class of electric and hybrid aircraft that will operate within new urban and regional networks, unlocking unprecedented capacity to expand passenger and cargo mobility. Technological development, investment, and vehicle certification progress have accelerated rapidly, but realizing the full potential of AAM will require further innovation and deep collaboration across airlines, aerospace manufacturers, start-ups, investors, infrastructure providers, policymakers and the community.
