Send Us Your File
NEWLAB recently added a file transfer drop box so you can easily send us your digital files for printing with one simple click. Just tell us the image number, canvas size of the print requested, paper type, if borders are needed, and matte or glossy finish in the message box that's provided. We will email you an order confirmation within two hours during our normal business hours from 10am to 7pm.
We accept RGB files for photographic material outputs in a jpeg or tiff format. Files should be flattened with no alpha channels or layers. The canvas size for your file needs to be sized to the final print size which you are ordering. It should also include any white or black borders that you have added. We bill according to the final print size including the borders. We can accept other sizes and formats but they will need system time and will incur additional costs for converting them to the necessary size and output formats.
